AN ORDINANCE, vacating a variable width easement located
in lots 2, 3, & 4 of Cardinal Creek Subdivision according to the plat
thereof recorded in Plat Book 346, Page 451 of the St. Louis County
Records, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested
this District to vacate the portion of subject easement, and this District
has no further use for said easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The variable width easement in said lots 2,3, &
4 of Cardinal Creek Subdivision in Plat Book 346, pg. 451 as shown
hachured on the attached “Easement Vacation Plat”, and marked Exhibit
“A” and made a part hereof, is hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 12, 2002 by the following
vote-
Ayes – C.D. Seward, A.J. Soukenik, T.W. Purcell, M.C. Williams, and
J.W. Siscel.
Nays – None.
