AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into an
Agreement, M-561 with the United States Department of the Interior (U.S.
Geological Survey) for the operation and maintenance of stream flow gauges.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are
hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter
into an Agreement M-561 with the United States Department of the Interior (U.S.
Geological Survey) for the operation and maintenance of stream flow gauges.
Section Two. The Agreement authorized in Section One of this
ordinance shall provide for a contribution by the District not to exceed Six
Hundred Eight Thousand One Hundred Twenty-five Dollars ($608,125.00), and
shall be comprised of such other terms and conditions as are approved by the
office of the General Counsel of the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 3, 2002 by the following vote –
Ayes – C.D. Seward, A.J. Soukenik, T.W. Purcell, M.C. Williams, and J.W. Siscel.
Nays – None.
