AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Two Hundred Twenty-one Thousand
Eight Hundred Dollars ($221,800.00) from the Clean Water Capital Improvement
Trust Fund for the construction of Baumgartner Lagoon Aeration System
Improvements, in St. Louis County, Missouri, and authorizing the Executive
Director and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District to enter into a contract with TGB, Inc. for the aforesaid construction.
WHEREAS, said construction is being undertaken by the District
pursuant to an Agreement with the Missouri Department of Natural Resources,
and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an
unencumbered balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation
authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Two Hundred Twenty-one Thousand Eight
Hundred Dollars ($221,800.00) is hereby appropriated from the Clean Water
Capital Improvement Trust Fund for the construction of Baumgartner Lagoon
Aeration System Improvements, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
Section Two. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are
hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter

into a contract with TGB, Inc. as the lowest responsible bidder for the
construction of Baumgartner Lagoon Aeration System Improvements, in St. Louis
County, Missouri, pursuant to bids received and opened on the 1st day of October,
2002.
Section Three. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance,
shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 3, 2002 by the following vote –
Ayes – C.D. Seward, A.J. Soukenik, T.W. Purcell, M.C. Williams, and J.W. Siscel.
Nays – None.
