AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a twenty foot (20’)
wide easement and a portion of a twenty five foot (25’) wide easement in
Lot 31 of Polo Lake, a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded
in Plat Book 346, Pages 465 and 466 of the St. Louis County Records, in
the City of Ellisville, St. Louis County, Missouri
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested
that this District vacate a portion of the subject easement, and this
District has no further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of the twenty foot (20’) wide
easement and the portion of the twenty-five foot (25’) wide easement in
Lot 31 of Polo Lake, as shown hachured on the attached “Easement
Vacation Plat”, and marked Exhibit “A” and made a part hereof, is hereby
vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 3, 2002 by the following
vote –
Ayes – C.D. Seward, A.J. Soukenik, T.W. Purcell, M.C. Williams, and
J.W. Siscel.
Nays – None.
