AN ORDINANCE, vacating any right, title, or interest of the
District in a portion of the street right-of-way fifty feet (50’) wide known
as Raritan Avenue in “Rock Hill Forest”, a subdivision according to the
plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 89, Page 25 of the St. Louis County
Records, in the City of Rock Hill, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of this land has requested that this
District vacate any right, title, or interest that the District may have in
the subject street right-of-way, and this District has no further use for
said street right-of-way,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District
hereby vacates any right, title, or interest that it may have in the portion
of the street right-of-way fifty feet (50’) wide known as Raritan Avenue in
“Rock Hill Forest”, a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded in
Plat book 89, Page 25 of the St. Louis County Records, as shown
hachured on the Right-of Way Vacation Plat marked Exhibit “A”, as
attached hereto and made a part hereof.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 3, 2002 by the following
vote –
Ayes – C.D. Seward, A.J. Soukenik, T.W. Purcell, M.C. Williams, and
J.W. Siscel.
Nays – None.
