AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a ten foot (10’) wide
easement as recorded in Deed Book 7643, Page 646 of the St. Louis
County Records, said easement being in “Meramec Bluffs” a subdivision
according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 349, Page 70 and
71 of the St. Louis County Records, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested
this District to vacate the portions of the subject easements, and this
District has no further use for said portions,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of the ten foot (10’) wide easement
recorded in Deed Book 7643, Page 646 of the St. Louis County Records,
as shown cross hachured on the attached “Easement Vacation Plat”, and
marked Exhibit “A” sheet 1 of 2 and sheet 2 of 2 and made a part hereof,
is hereby vacated, EXCEPTING THEREFROM the ten foot (10’) wide
sanitary sewer easement recorded in Plat Book 349, Pages 70 and 71,
and the ten foot (10’) wide easement recorded in Deed Book 12953, Page
1274 and the Drainage easement to St. Louis County recorded in Deed
Book 8530, Page 1077 and the utility easement retained for Metropolitan
St. Louis Sewer District by St. Louis County Ordinance No. 20295
recorded in Deed Book 12812, Page 2313 of the St. Louis County
Records, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 14, 2002 by the following
vote –
Ayes – C.D. Seward, A.J. Soukenik, T.W. Purcell, M.C. Williams, and J.M.
Swartz.
Nays – None.
