AN ORDINANCE, vacating a ten foot (10’) wide easement
located in Part of Lots 8 & 9 of Park 370 Plat Two and Part of Adjusted
Lots 3 & 7 of Park 370 Plat Three according to the Plats thereof recorded
in Plat Book 349, Page 99 and Plat Book 519 of the St. Louis County
Records, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested
this District to vacate the portion of subject easement, and this District
has no further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The ten foot (10’) wide easement in said Plat
Book 349, Page 99-104 and 519-523 and as shown hachured on the
attached “Easement Vacation Plat”, and marked Exhibit “A” and made a
part hereof, is hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 14, 2002 by the following
vote –
Ayes – C.D. Seward, A.J. Soukenik, T.W. Purcell, M.C. Williams, and J.M.
Swartz.
Nays – None.
Secretary-Treasurer
