AN ORDINANCE, vacating a rectangular shaped permanent
drainage easement located in Lot 1 of Block 1 in the City of Ballwin,
Missouri according to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 1, page 72 of
the St. Louis County Records, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested
this District to vacate the subject easement, and this District has no
further use for said easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The rectangular shaped permanent drainage
easement in said Deed Book 12163, Page 1596-1599 and shown
hachured on the attached “Easement Vacation Plat”, and marked Exhibit
“A” and made a part hereof, is hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 14, 2002 by the following
vote –
Ayes – C.D. Seward, A.J. Soukenik, T.W. Purcell, M.C. Williams, and J.M.
Swartz.
Nays – None.
