AN ORDINANCE, vacating a variable width stormwater
control easement and a twenty foot (20’w) to ten foot (10’w) wide ingress
and egress easement in Lot 5 and Lot 6 of the subdivision of James
Longs Estate according to the plat thereof recorded in Deed Book 7985,
Page 421 of the St. Louis County Records, in The City of Chesterfield,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject properties has
requested this District to vacate the subject easements, and this District
has no further use for said easements,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The variable width stormwater control
easement and the twenty foot (20’) wide to ten foot (10’) wide ingress and
egress easement in Lot 5 and Lot 6 of the Subdivision of James Longs
Estate, according to the plat thereof recorded in Deed Book 7985, Page
421 of the St. Louis County Records, and as shown hachured in the
attached “Easement Vacation Plats”, and marked “Exhibit A” and made a
part hereof, are hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 14, 2002 by the following
vote –
Ayes – C.D. Seward, A.J. Soukenik, T.W. Purcell, M.C. Williams, and J.M.
Swartz.
Nays – None.
