HomeMy Public PortalAbout11370O R D I N A N C E NO. 11370 AN ORDINANCE, making a supplemental appropriation of One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000.00) from the Improvement Fund to be used for additional architectural/engineering services for Grand Glaize Maintenance Facility Domestic Water Piping Replacement (95081A) located at the Grand Glaize Wastewater Treatment Plant in the City of Valley Park, Missouri; and authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into Amendment #4 to Contract E-768 with David Mason & Associates, Inc., for said additional architectural/engineering services. WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. The sum of One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Improvement Fund for additional architectural/engineering services for Grand Glaize Maintenance Facility Domestic Water Piping Replacement (95081A) located at the Grand Glaize Wastewater Treatment Plant in the City of Valley Park, Missouri. Section Two. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby authorized on behalf of the Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into Amendment #4 to Contract E-768 with David Mason & Associates, 2 Inc. for additional architectural/engineering services for Grand Glaize Maintenance Facility Domestic Water Piping Replacement (95081A) located at the Grand Glaize Wastewater Treatment Plant in the City of Valley Park, Missouri. Section Three. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 13, 2002 by the following vote – Ayes – C.D. Seward, A.J. Soukenik, T.W. Purcell, M.C. Williams, J.W. Siscel, and J.M. Swartz. Nays – None.
