AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into a
contract with XL Contracting, Inc. for the construction of a storm channel in June
Drive Creek Bank Repair (2002115), in the City of Northwoods, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are
hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter
into a contract with XL Contracting, Inc. for the construction of a storm channel
in June Drive Creek Bank Repair (2002115), in the City of Northwoods, Missouri
pursuant to bids received and opened on the 31st day of October, 2002; said
contract shall provide for a fee not to exceed Sixty Thousand Dollars ($60,000.00),
and shall be comprised of such other terms and conditions as are approved by the
Office of the General Counsel of the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 13, 2002 by the following vote –
Ayes – C.D. Seward, A.J. Soukenik, T.W. Purcell, M.C. Williams, J.W. Siscel, and J.M.
Swartz.
Nays – None.
