AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into a
contract with J.H. Berra Construction Company, Inc. for the relocation and
construction of sanitary sewers in Pardee Lane Sanitary Bypass Relocation
(2002055), in the City of Crestwood, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are
hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter
into a contract with J.H Berra Construction Company, Inc. for the relocation and
construction of sanitary sewers in Pardee Lane Sanitary Bypass Relocation
(2002055), in the City of Crestwood, Missouri pursuant to bids received and
opened on the 7th day of October, 2002; said contract shall provide for a fee not to
exceed One Hundred Thirty-five Thousand Dollars ($135,000.00), and shall be
comprised of such other terms and conditions as are approved by the Office of the
General Counsel of the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 13, 2002 by the following vote –
Ayes – C.D. Seward, A.J. Soukenik, T.W. Purcell, M.C. Williams, J.W. Siscel, and J.M.
Swartz.
Nays – None.
