AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into
Amendment No. 3 of Contract E-982 with PMA Engineering for Hydra Technical
Assistance and Modeling Quality Control (2001047).
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 10977, adopted June 14, 2001,
authorized Contract E-982,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are
hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to
enter into Amendment No. 3 of E-982 with PMA Engineering for engineering
services for Hydra Technical Assistance and Modeling Quality Control
(2001047).
Section Two. The contract amendment authorized in Section One
of this ordinance shall provide for a fee not to exceed Sixty-five Thousand
Dollars ($65,000.00), and shall be comprised of such other terms and
conditions as are approved by the Office of the General Counsel of the District.

The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 13, 2002 by the following vote –
Ayes – C.D. Seward, A.J. Soukenik, T.W. Purcell, M.C. Williams, J.W. Siscel, and
J.M. Swartz.
Nays – None.
