AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and the Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into a
contract with Fleishman Hillard whereby Fleishman Hillard will write, perform
graphics, layout work, printing and distribution to completely package the District’s
Fiscal Year 2002 Annual Report.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby
authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into a
contract with Fleishman Hillard whereby Fleishman Hillard will write, perform
graphics, layout work, printing and distribution to completely package the District’s
Fiscal Year 2002 Annual Report.
Section Two. The contract authorized in Section One of this ordinance
shall provide for an annual fee not to exceed Seventy-nine Thousand Seven Hundred
Sixty-five Dollars ($79,765.00) and shall be comprised of such other terms and
conditions as are approved by the office of the General Counsel.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 13, 2002 by the following vote –
Ayes – C.D. Seward, A.J. Soukenik, T.W. Purcell, M.C. Williams, J.W. Siscel, and J.M.
Swartz.
Nays – None.
