AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to execute an
Easement Deed granting an easement to Missouri American Water Company for
the construction and maintenance of a water line on certain District real property
in University City, St. Louis County, Missouri in part of Lot 34 of the Charles H.
Giers Estate, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 6, Page 3 and as
described in the deed recorded in Deed Book 11554, Page 821 of the St. Louis
County Records.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are
hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to
execute an Easement Deed granting an easement to Missouri American Water
Company for the construction and maintenance of a water line on certain District
real property identified by locator number 17K530468, and in part of Lot 34 of the
Charles H. Giers Estate, as described in the deed recorded in Deed Book 11554,
Page 821 of the St. Louis County Records.
Section Two. The Easement Deed as authorized by Section One of
this ordinance shall be comprised of such terms and conditions as are approved
by the office of the General Counsel of the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 13, 2002 by the following vote –
Ayes – C.D. Seward, A.J. Soukenik, T.W. Purcell, M.C. Williams, J.W. Siscel, and J.M.
Swartz.
Nays – None.
Secretary-Treasurer
