HomeMy Public PortalAbout11401O R D I N A N C E NO. 11401 AN ORDINANCE, vacating any right, title, or interest of the District in the portion of the street right-of-way forty feet (40’) wide known as Rankin Avenue, the portion of the street right-of-way forty feet (40’) wide known as Evans Avenue, and the portion of the street right-of- way of variable width known as Urban Avenue all as shown on sheet 1 of 3, Street & Easement Vacation Plat-The Villas at Brentwood, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 349, Pages 638 thru 640 of the St. Louis County Records, in the City of Brentwood, St. Louis County, Missouri. WHEREAS, the owner of this land has requested that this District vacate any right, title, or interest that the District may have in the subject street rights-of-way, and this District has no further use for said street rights-of-way, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District hereby vacates any rights, title, or interest that it may have in the portion of the street right-of-way forty-feet (40’) wide known as Rankin Avenue, the portion of the street right-of-way forty feet (40’) wide known as Evans Avenue, and the portion of the street right-of-way of variable width known as Urban Avenue all as shown cross hachured on sheet 1 of 3, Street & Easement Vacation Plat-The Villas at Brentwood, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 349, Pages 638 thru 640, EXCEPTING THEREFROM, the easements established by the Easement Plat-The Villas at Brentwood as recorded in Plat Book 349, Page 637 of the St. Louis County Records, in the City of Brentwood, St. Louis County, Missouri. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 13, 2002 by the following vote – Ayes – C.D. Seward, A. J. Soukenik, T.W. Purcell, M.C. Williams, J.W. Siscel, and J.M. Swartz. Nays – None.
