AN ORDINANCE, vacating a ten foot (10’) wide easement
located in Lots 1 and 2 of Parc Place Subdivision, a subdivision according
to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 344, Page 181 of the St. Louis
County Records, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested
this District to vacate the subject easement, and this District has no
further use for said easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The ten foot (10’) wide easement located in said
Lots 1 and 2 of Parc Place Subdivision and as shown hachured on the
attached “Easement Vacation Plat”, and marked Exhibit “A” and made a
part hereof, is hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 13, 2002 by the
following vote –
Ayes – C.D. Seward, A. J. Soukenik, T.W. Purcell, M.C. Williams, J.W.
Siscel, and J.M. Swartz.
Nays – None.
