AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a ten foot (10’) wide
easement located in a tract of land being part of the east ½ of Sec. 14, T.
44 N., R. 5 E of the 5th Principal Meridian, City of Sunset Hills, St. Louis
County, Missouri and recorded in Deed Book 6483, Page 1746 of the St.
Louis County records, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested
this District to vacate the portion of subject easement, and this District
has no further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of the ten foot (10’) wide easement
in said tract of land being part of the east ½ of Sec. 14, T. 44 N, R. 5 E of
the 5th Principal Meridian, in the City of Sunset Hills, St. Louis County,
Missouri and shown hachured on the attached “Easement Vacation Plat”,
and marked Exhibit “A” and made a part hereof, is hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 13, 2002 by the
following vote –
Ayes – C.D. Seward, A. J. Soukenik, T.W. Purcell, M.C. Williams, J.W.
Siscel, and J.M. Swartz.
Nays – None.
