AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and the Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into a
contract with Jefferson Wells International whereby Jefferson Wells International will
audit the District’s Management Information System network and operating system.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby
authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into a
contract with Jefferson Wells International whereby Jefferson Wells International will
audit the District’s Management Information System network and operating system.
Section Two. The contract authorized in Section One of this ordinance
shall provide for an annual fee not to exceed Twenty Eight Thousand Dollars
($28,000.00) and shall be comprised of such other terms and conditions as are approved
by the office of the General Counsel.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 23, 2003 by the following vote –
Ayes – C.D. Seward, A.J. Soukenik, T.W. Purcell, M.C. Williams, and J.M. Swartz.
Nays – None.
