AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a five foot (5’)
easement, along the north property line of a portion of lot 21, and
vacating a portion of a five foot (5’) wide easement, along the south
property line of a portion of lot 22, all of “Clayton Hills” a subdivision
according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 46, Page 32 of the St.
Louis County Records, in the City of Town and Country, St. Louis
County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested
this District to vacate the subject easements, and this District has no
further use for said easements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of the five foot (5’) wide easement,
along the north property line of a portion of lot 21, and the portion of the
five foot (5’) wide easement along the south property line of a portion of
lot 22, all of “Clayton Hills” a subdivision according to the plat thereof
recorded in Plat Book 46, Page 32 of the St. Louis County Records, as
shown hachured on the attached “Easement Vacation Plat”, and marked
Exhibit “A” and made a part hereof, are hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 23, 2003 by the following
vote –
Ayes – C.D. Seward, A.J. Soukenik, T.W. Purcell, M.C. Williams, and J.M.
Swartz.
Nays – None.
