AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a ten foot (10’w) wide
easement as recorded in Deed Book 5371, Page 397 of the St. Louis
County Records, said easement being in a tract of land in Section 33 and
U.S. Survey 1920, Township 46 North, Range 6 Ease in the City of Vinita
Park, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested
that this District vacate the portion of the subject easement, and this
District has no further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of the ten foot (10’) wide easement
as recorded in Deed Book 5371, Page 397 of the St. Louis County
Records, being in a tract of land in Section 33 and U.S. Survey 1920,
Township 46 North, Range 6 East in the City of Vinita Park, St. Louis
County, Missouri as shown hachured on the attached “Easement
Vacation Plat” and marked Exhibit “A” and made a part hereof, is hereby
vacated EXCEPTING THEREFROM the variable width easement recorded
in Deed Book 9358, Page 173 of the St. Louis County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 23, 2003by the following
vote –
Ayes – C.D. Seward, A.J. Soukenik, T.W. Purcell, M.C. Williams, and J.M.
Swartz.
Nays – None.
