AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a ten foot (10’w) wide
easement in Lot 25 of Green Park Commerce Center, Plat 3A, a
subdivision according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 348,
Pages 270 and 271 of the St. Louis County Records in the City of Green
Park, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested
that this District vacate the portion of the subject easement, and this
District has no further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of the ten foot (10’) wide easement
as recorded in Plat Book 348, Pages 270 and 271 of the St. Louis County
Records, as shown hachured on the attached “Easement Vacation Plat”,
and marked Exhibit “A” and made a part hereof, is hereby vacated,
EXCEPTING THEREFROM the ten foot (10’) wide easement recorded in
Deed Book 13918, Pages 1741 thru 1744 of the St. Louis County
Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 23, 2003by the following
vote –
Ayes – C.D. Seward, A.J. Soukenik, T.W. Purcell, M.C. Williams, and J.M.
Swartz.
Nays – None.
