AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a ten foot (10’w) wide
easement as recorded in Deed Book 12571, Page 2470 of the St. Louis
County Records, said easement being in the Common Ground of Green
Park Commerce Center Plat 1, a subdivision according to the plat thereof
as recorded in Plat Book 345, Pages 402 thru 404 of the St. Louis County
Records in the City of Green Park, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested
that this District vacate the portion of the subject easement, and this
District has no further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of the ten foot (10’) wide easement
as recorded in Deed Book 12571, Page 2470 of the St. Louis County
Records, as shown hachured on the attached “Easement Vacation Plat”,
and marked Exhibit “A” and made a part hereof, is hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 23, 2003 by the following
vote –
Ayes – C.D. Seward, A.J. Soukenik, T.W. Purcell, M.C. Williams, and J.M.
Swartz.
Nays – None.
