AN ORDINANCE, making a supplemental appropriation of Eleven
Thousand Dollars ($11,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Wellston to be used for additional project
costs for the construction of a gabion wall and appurtenances in 70th Ave.
Channel Improvement (ECMB-200) (2000052), in the City of Pagedale,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, the Ordinance No. 11285, adopted July 18, 2002,
appropriated the initial funding and authorized the contract for said project,
and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an
unencumbered balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation
authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Eleven Thousand Dollars ($11,000.00) is
hereby appropriated from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of Wellston to be used for additional project costs for the
construction of a gabion wall and appurtenances in 70th Ave. Channel
Improvement (ECMB-200) (2000052), in the City of Pagedale, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall
take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 23, 2003 by the following vote –
Ayes – C.D. Seward, A.J. Soukenik, T.W. Purcell, M.C. Williams, and J.M. Swartz.
Nays – None.
