AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District to enter into a contract amendment with Schuster Engineering,
Inc. for the construction of storm sewers in Big Bend Road, No. 10929
(Infrastructure Repair) 88016, in the City of Kirkwood, Missouri.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 11233, adopted June 26, 2002,
authorized said contract,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis
Sewer District to enter into a contract amendment with Schuster
Engineering, Inc. for additional work in the construction of storm sewers
in Big Bend Road No. 10929 (Infrastructure Repair) 88016, in the City of
Kirkwood, Missouri,
Section Two. The contract amendment authorized in Section
One of this ordinance shall provide for an additional fee not to exceed
One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00), and shall be comprised of such other
terms and conditions as are approved by the Office of the General
Counsel.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 23, 2003 by the following
vote –
Ayes – C.D. Seward, A.J. Soukenik, T.W. Purcell, M.C. Williams, and J.M.
Swartz.
Nays – None.
