AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into a
contract with Input Technology, Inc. whereby Input Technology, Inc. will provide bill
printing and mailing services for the District.
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby
authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into a
contract with Input Technology, Inc., whereby Input Technology, Inc., will provide bill
printing and mailing services for the District.
Section Two. The contract authorized in Section One of this ordinance
shall provide for a fee not to exceed Two Hundred Thousand Dollars ($200,000.00) and
shall be comprised of such other terms and conditions as are approved by the office of
the General Counsel of the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 20, 2003 by the following vote-
Ayes – C.D. Seward, A.J. Soukenik, T.W. Purcell, M.C. Williams, and J.M. Swartz.
Nays – None.
