AN ORDINANCE, vacating a rectangular portion of an
irregular width easement as recorded in Deed Book 11672, Page 1610 of
the St. Louis County Records, said easement being in Lot 15 and the
Common Ground of Tuscany Hills, a subdivision according to the plat
thereof as recorded in Plat Book 349, Pages 360 of the St. Louis County
Records, in the City of Bridgeton, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested
this District to vacate the portion of the subject easement, and this
District has no further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The rectangular portion of the irregular width
easement as recorded in Deed Book 11672, Page 1610 of the St. Louis
County Records, as shown hachured on the attached “Easement
Vacation Plat”, and marked Exhibit “A” and made a part hereof, is hereby
vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 20, 2003 by the following
vote-
Ayes – C.D. Seward, A.J. Soukenik, T.W. Purcell, M.C. Williams, and J.M.
Swartz.
Nays – None.
