AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a ten foot (10’) wide
easement located in Lot 38, of “The Estates at Parkview Plat One”, a
subdivision according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 350,
Pages 737 and 738 of the St. Louis County Records, in the City of
Ellisville, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested
this District to vacate the portion of the subject easement, and this
District has no further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of the ten foot (10’) wide easement,
located in Lot 38, of “The Estates at Parkview Plat One”, a subdivision
according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 350, Pages 737
and 738 of the St. Louis County Records, as shown hachured on the
attached “Easement Vacation Plat”, and marked Exhibit “A” and made a
part hereof, is hereby vacated.
The foregoing Resolution was adopted March 20, 2003 by the following
vote-
Ayes- R.J. Baer, M.A. Rhodes, B.J. Margiotta, and C. Brown.
Nays – None.
