AN ORDINANCE, making a supplemental appropriation of Two Hundred
Thousand Dollars ($200,000.00) from the Sanitary Replacement Fund to be used for
additional project costs for the construction of the Lemay Service Area Overflow
Regulation System Middle River des Peres (L-06B1) Gate Modifications – Section B1
(94065B1), in the City of St. Louis, Missouri.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 11331, adopted September 12, 2002,
appropriated the initial funding and authorized the contract for said project, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an
unencumbered balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation
authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Two Hundred Thousand Dollars
($200,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Sanitary Replacement Fund to be
used for additional project costs for the construction of the Lemay Service Area
Overflow Regulation System, Middle River des Peres (L-06B1) Gate Modifications -
Section B1 (94065B1), in the City of St. Louis, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall
take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 10, 2003 by the following vote-
Ayes – R.J. Baer, M.A. Rhodes, D.Joyce-Hayes, B.J. Margiotta, C. Brown, and J.M.
Swartz.
Nays – None.
Secretary-Treasurer
