AN ORDINANCE, vacating any rights, title, or interest of the
District in a portion of a five foot (5’) wide sewer right of way as recorded
in Deed Book 2225, Page 559 of the St. Louis City Records, said sewer
right of way being in City Block 3884B Lots 17 and 19 of Dameron’s
Subdivision, a subdivision according to the plat thereof as recorded in
Plat Book 19, Page 124 of the St. Louis City Records, in the City of St.
Louis, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested
this District to vacate the portion of the subject sewer right of way, and
this District has no further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District
hereby vacates any rights, title or interest that it may have in a portion of
the five foot (5’’) wide sewer right of way as recorded in Deed Book 2225,
Page 559 of the St. Louis City Records as shown hachured on the
attached “Easement Vacation Plat”, and marked Exhibit “A” and made a
part hereof.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 10, 2003 by the following
vote –
Ayes – R.J. Baer, M.A. Rhodes, D. Joyce-Hayes, B.J. Margiotta, C.
Brown, and J.M. Swartz.
Nays – None.
