AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of two adjacent five foot
(5’) wide easements centered on the common lot line between Lot M-3
and Lot M-5 of “Cunningham Industrial Park Plat No. 1”, a subdivision
according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 136, Pages 38 and 39
of the St. Louis County Records, in the City of University City, St. Louis
County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested
this District to vacate the portion of the subject easements and this
District has no further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of the two adjacent five foot (5’)
wide easements centered on the common lot line between Lot M-3 and
Lot M-5 of “Cunningham Industrial Park Plat No. 1”, a subdivision
according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 136, Pages 38 and 39
of the St. Louis County Records as shown hachured on the attached
“Easement Vacation Plat”, and marked Exhibit “A” and made a part
hereof, is hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 10, 2003 by the following
vote –
Ayes – R. J. Baer, M.A. Rhodes, D. Joyce-Hayes, B.J. Margiotta, C.
Brown, and J.M. Swartz.
Nays – None.
