AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of an irregular shaped
easement located in “Foster Springs”, a subdivision according to the plat
thereof recorded in Plat Book 348, Pages 204 and 205 of the St. Louis
County Records, said easement being in “Foster Springs Condominium
Plat Three” a condominium plat according to the plat thereof recorded in
Plat Book 348, Pages 774 and 775 of the St. Louis County Records, in St.
Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested
this District to vacate the portion of the subject easement, and this
District has no further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of the irregular shaped easement
located in “Foster Springs”, a subdivision according to the plat thereof
recorded in Plat Book 348, Pages 204 and 205 of the St. Louis County
Records, said easement being in “Foster Springs Condominium Plat
Three” a condominium plat according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat
Book 348, Pages 774 and 775 of the St. Louis County Records, as shown
hachured on the attached “Easement Vacation Plat”, and marked Exhibit
“A” and made a part hereof, is hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 10, 2003 by the following
vote –
Ayes – R.J. Baer, M.A. Rhodes, D.Joyce-Hayes, B.J. Margiotta, C. Brown,
and J. M. Swartz.
Nays – None.
