AN ORDINANCE, vacating any rights, title, or interest of the
District in the north-south fifteen foot (15’) wide alley vacated by City of
St. Louis Ordinance 51424, approved June 28, 1962, and Ordinance
51624, approved January 30, 1963, in former City Block 5248N, now
City Block 6458, said north-south fifteen foot (15’’) wide alley being in
Outparcel #2 of “Schnucks City Plaza Subdivision, a Survey and
Resubdivision of City Block 6458” a resubdivision according to the Plat
thereof as recorded in Plat Book 71, Page 34 of the St. Louis City
Records, in the City of St. Louis, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of this land has requested that this
District vacate any right, title, or interest that the District may have in
the subject alley, and this District has no further use for said alley,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District
hereby vacates any right, title or interest that it may have in the alley in
Outparcel #2 as shown hachured on the Easement Vacation Plat marked
Exhibit “A” as attached hereto and made a part hereof.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 10, 2003 by the following
vote –
Ayes – R.J. Baer, M.A. Rhodes, D. Joyce-Hayes, B.J. Margiotta, C.
Brown, and J.M. Swartz.
Nays – None.
