AN ORDINANCE, appropriating One Million Three Hundred
Thousand Dollars ($1,300,000.00) from the Sanitary Replacement Fund to pay
Union Electric Company d/b/a AmerenUE to provide the primary power supply
for the Lower Meramec River Wastewater Treatment Plant (95066A).
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an
unencumbered balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the
obligation authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of One Million Three Hundred Thousand
($1,300,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Sanitary Replacement Fund to
pay Union Electric Company d/b/a AmerenUE to provide the primary power
supply for the Lower Meramec River Wastewater Treatment Plant (95066A).
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance,
shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 22, 2003 by the following vote –
Ayes – R.J. Baer, M.A. Rhodes, D. Joyce-Hayes, B.J. Margiotta, C. Brown, and
J.M. Swartz.
Nays – None.
