AN ORDINANCE, making a supplemental appropriation of
Fifteen Thousand Dollars ($15,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance
and Construction Improvement Fund of Clayton Central to be used for
additional project costs for the rehabilitation of sanitary sewers in East
Clayton Central Sewer Phase VII (99044), in the City of Clayton,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 11250, adopted June 26, 2003,
appropriated the initial funding and authorized the contract for said
project, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is
an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the
obligation authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Fifteen Thousand Dollars
($15,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation, Maintenance
and Construction Improvement Fund of Clayton Central to be used for
additional project costs for the rehabilitation of sanitary sewers in East
Clayton Central Sewer Phase VII (99044), in the City of Clayton,
Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 22, 2003 by the following vote
Ayes – R.J. Baer, M.A. Rhodes, D. Joyce-Hayes, B.J. Margiotta, C.
Brown, and J.M. Swartz.
Nays – None.
