AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a forty foot (40’) wide
easement as recorded in Plat Book 97, Page 13 or the St. Louis County
Records, said easement being in Lot 1 of “Bentwood” a subdivision
according to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 350, Pages 258 and
259 of the St. Louis County Records, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested
this District to vacate the portion of the subject easement, and this
District has no further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of the forty foot (40’) wide
easement as recorded in Plat Book 97, Page 13 of the St. Louis County
Records as shown hachured on the attached “Easement Vacation Plat”
and marked Exhibit “A” and made a part hereof, is hereby vacated;
EXCEPTING THEREFROM the easements established by the plat of
“Bentwood”, as recorded in Plat Book 350, Pages 258 and 259 of the St.
Louis County Records, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 22, 2003 by the following vote
Ayes – R.J. Baer, M.A. Rhodes, D. Joyce-Hayes, B.J. Margiotta, C.
Brown, and J.M. Swartz.
Nays – None.
