AN ORDINANCE, vacating two portions of an irregular shape
and width Sewer, Drive and Parking Easement, originally granted to Fee
Fee Trunk Sewer Inc., as recorded on the plat of Chardin Place, a
subdivision according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 140,
Page 74 of the St. Louis County Records, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested
this District to vacate the portion of the subject easement, and this
District has no further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The two portions of the irregular shape and
width Sewer, Drive and Parking Easement, recorded in Plat Book 140,
Page 74 of the St. Louis County Records, as shown hachured on the
attached “Easement Vacation Plat”, and marked Exhibit “A” and made a
part hereof, is hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 22, 2003 by the following vote
Ayes – R.J. Baer, M.A. Rhodes, D. Joyce-Hayes, B.J. Margiotta, C.
Brown, and J.M. Swartz.
Nays – None.
