AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of an eight foot (8’) wide
sewer right-of-way and a portion of a five foot (5’) wide sewer right-of-
way, said rights-of-way being in part of Lot F of “Benjamin Gratz
Subdivision”, a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat
Book 14, Page 52 of the St. Louis County Records, in the City of
Pagedale, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested
this District to vacate the portion of the subject easements, and this
District has no further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of the eight foot (8’) wide sewer
right-of-way and the portion of the five foot (5’) wide sewer right-of-way
recorded in Plat Book 14, Page 52 of the St. Louis County Records, as
shown hachured on the attached “Easement Vacation Plat” and marked
Exhibit “A” and made a part hereof, are hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 22, 2003 by the following vote
Ayes – R.J. Baer, M.A. Rhodes, D. Joyce-Hayes, B.J. Margiotta, C.
Brown, and J.M. Swartz.
Nays – None.
