AN ORDINANCE, appropriating One Hundred Fifty Thousand
Dollars ($150,000.00) from the Improvement Fund for easement
acquisition in Grand and Bates Relief Phase II-Local Sewers Easement
Acquisition (St. Louis Combined Sewer Overflows Project) (99146A), in
the City of St. Louis, Missouri,
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is
an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the
obligation authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of One Hundred Fifty Thousand
Dollars ($150,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Improvement
Fund for easement acquisition in Grand and Bates Relief Phase II-Local
Sewers Easement Acquisition (St. Louis Combined Sewer Overflows
Project) (99146A), in the City of St. Louis, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 12, 2003.
