AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into a
contract with the United States Army Corps of Engineers whereby the United
States Army Corps of Engineers will provide the District with photogrammetric
mapping data of impervious areas in the City of St. Louis and St. Louis County,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, the aforesaid photogrammetric data will be used by the
District to update current District impervious information,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are
hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter
into a contract with the United States Army Corps of Engineers whereby the
United States Army Corps of Engineers will provide the District with
photogrammetric mapping data of impervious areas in the City of St. Louis and St.
Louis County, Missouri.
Section Two. The contract authorized in Section One of this
ordinance shall provide for a fee not to exceed One Hundred Sixty-eight Thousand
Seven Hundred Eighty-eight Dollars ($168,788.00), and shall be comprised of
such other terms and conditions as are approved by the Office of the General
Counsel of the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 12, 2003.
