AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into a
contract extension with Jefferson Wells International whereby Jefferson Wells
International will provide audit services of best practices and internal controls
in the District’s spare parts and warehouse consolidation.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are
hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to
enter into a contract extension with Jefferson Wells International, whereby
Jefferson Wells International will provide audit services of best practices and
internal controls in the District’s spare parts and warehouse consolidation.
Section Two. The contract extension authorized in Section One of
this ordinance be for a period of one (1) year, shall provide for a fee not to
exceed Twenty-five Thousand Dollars ($25,000.00) and shall be comprised of
such other terms and conditions as are approved by the Office of the General
Counsel of the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 12, 2003.
