AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Seventy-Five Thousand Dollars
($75,000.00) from the General Fund of the District to the Rate Commission (Account
No. 400-Contractual Services) for professional services and general operational costs.
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an
unencumbered balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation
authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Seventy-five Thousand Dollars ($75,000.00) is
hereby appropriated from the General Fund of the District to the Rate Commission
(Account No. 400-Contractual Services) for professional services and general
operational costs.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall
take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 12, 2003.
