AN ORDINANCE, awarding a contract to Clarendon America (Arthur
J. Gallagher, LLC, agent) for the District’s Excess Liability Insurance coverage
from July 1, 2003 to June 30, 2004.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Clarendon America (Arthur J. Gallagher, LLC, agent) is
hereby awarded a contract for the District’s Excess Liability Insurance coverage
from July 1, 2003 to June 30, 2004.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 12, 2003.
