AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into a
contract with Kannady Inspection Services whereby Kannady Inspection Services
will perform property investigative research services associated with the collection
of delinquent accounts and verification of property conditions for District billing
purposes.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer, on
behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, are hereby authorized to enter
into a contract with Kannady Inspection Services, whereby Kannady Inspection
Services will perform property investigative research services associated with the
collection of delinquent accounts and verification of property conditions for
District billing purposes.
Section Two. The contract authorized in Section One of this
ordinance shall provide for an initial term of one (1) year and may be renewed for
two (2) additional one-year terms at the District’s option unless otherwise
terminated; an initial term fee of Eighty-seven Thousand Dollars ($87,000.00) and
shall be comprised of such other terms and conditions as are approved by the
office of the General Counsel of the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 10, 2003.
