HomeMy Public PortalAbout11546 O R D I N A N C E NO. 11546 AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary- Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into a contract with ORCOM whereby ORCOM will perform outsourced billing services and implement a new billing and collection technology system for the District. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer, on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, are hereby authorized to enter into a contract with ORCOM, whereby ORCOM will provide outsourced billing services and implement a new billing and collection technology system for the District. Section Two. The contract authorized in Section One of this ordinance shall provide for an initial term of three (3) years and may be renewed for seven (7) additional one-year terms at the District’s option unless otherwise terminated; an initial term fee of Twelve Million Sixty-two Thousand Eight Hundred Ninety-three Dollars ($12,062,893.00) and shall be comprised of such other terms and conditions as are approved by the office of the General Counsel of the District. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 10, 2003.
