AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a ten foot (10’) wide
easement as recorded in Deed Book 7408, Page 165 of the St. Louis
County Records, said easement being in a tract of land in U.S. Survey
1987, Township 44 North, Range 5 East in the City of Fenton, St. Louis
County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested
this District to vacate the portion of the subject easement, and this
District has no further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of the ten foot (10’) wide easement
as recorded in Deed Book 7408, Page 165 of the St. Louis County
Records, as shown hachured on the attached “Easement Vacation Plat”,
and marked Exhibit “A” and made a part hereof, is hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 10, 2003.
