AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a ten foot (10’) wide
easement recorded in Plat Book 190, page 71, and a portion of a ten foot
(10’) wide easement recorded in Plat Book 286, pages 69 and 70 of the
St. Louis County Records, said easements being in Amended Lot 1 of
Amended Topping Place, a subdivision according to the plat thereof
recorded in Plat Book 303, Pages 79 and 80 of the St. Louis County
Records, in the City of Town and Country, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested
this District to vacate the portions of the subject easements, and this
District has no further use for said portions,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of the ten foot (10’) wide easement
as recorded in Plat Book 190, Page 71, and the portion of the ten foot
(10’) wide easement as recorded in Plat Book 286, pages 69 and 70 of the
St. Louis County Records, as shown hachured on the attached
“Easement Vacation Plat”, and marked Exhibit “A” and made a part
hereof, are hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 10, 2003.
