AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a ten foot (10’) wide
easement and a six and twenty-four one hundredth foot (6.24’) wide
portion of an irregular width easement both as recorded in Plat Book
198, Page 20 of the St. Louis County Records, said easements being in
New Lot 3C, of a “Resubdivision Plat of Adjusted Lot 3C of a Boundary
Adjustment Plat of Lot 3B and 3C of the Subdivision of Lot 3 of Herman
Stemme Office Park recorded in Plat Book 289 Page 29 and Lot 1 of a
Boundary Adjustment Plat Recorded in Plat Book 245, Page 22 and part
of U.S. Survey 415 and Part of Section 10, Township 45 North, Range 4
East, City of Chesterfield, St. Louis County, Missouri”, a resubdivision
according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 345, Page 482 of the
St. Louis County Records, in the City of Chesterfield, St. Louis County,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested
this District to vacate the portions of the subject easements, and this
District has no further use for said portions,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of the ten foot (10’) wide and the
portion of the six and twenty-four one hundredth foot (6.24’) wide portion
of the irregular width easement, both as recorded in Plat Book 198, Page
20 of the St. Louis County Records, as shown hachured on the attached

h e r e o f , a r e h e r e b y v a c a t e d .
