AN ORDINANCE, making a supplemental appropriation of
One Million One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($1,100,000.00) from the
Sanitary Replacement Fund to be used for additional project costs for the
construction of combined sewers in Grand and Bates Relief Phase II
(Tunnel) 99145, in the City of St. Louis, Missouri.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 11210, adopted April 11, 2002,
appropriated the initial funding for and authorized the contract for the
construction of said project, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is
an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the
obligation authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of One Million One Hundred
Thousand Dollars ($1,100,000.00), is hereby appropriated from the
Sanitary Replacement Fund to be used for additional project costs for the
construction of combined sewers in Grand and Bates Relief Phase II
(Tunnel) 99145, in the City of St. Louis, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing ordinance was adopted August 14, 2003.
