AN ORDINANCE, making a supplemental appropriation of
Nineteen Thousand Dollars ($19,000.00) from the Sanitary Replacement
Fund to be used for additional relocation costs for the construction of the
Lemay Service Area ORS Middle River des Peres (L-07B1) Sewer
Consolidation Phase II (98049B); in the City of St. Louis, Missouri.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 11295, adopted August 8, 2002,
appropriated the initial funding for and authorized the contract for the
construction of said project, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is
an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the
obligation authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Nineteen Thousand Dollars
($19,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Sanitary Replacement Fund
to be used for additional relocation costs for the construction of the
Lemay Service Area ORS Middle River des Peres (L-07B1) Sewer
Consolidation Phase II (98049B), in the City of Louis, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon it enactment.
The foregoing ordinance was adopted August 14, 2003.
